Rachel Williams RSHom

Rachel graduated from the British School of Homeopathy in 2005 and has since established a successful business at the Bideford Wellbeing Centre in North Devon. As a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths she regularly attends workshops and seminars to continue her professional development.

Rachel works with many different client groups but is particularly passionate about the use of homeopathic remedies during pregnancy and childbirth and in the treatment of children. From her own experience she is able to give first hand accounts of how a variety of pregnancy related symptoms were eased though the use of homeopathic remedies. These would otherwise have to have been tolerated due to a lack of conventional medication that can be taken during pregnancy.

Homeopathy is used to treat a variety of different symptoms and it is through helping people reach an improved state of wellbeing that Rachel reaps so much gratification. 'It is an honour to work with these people, to share their story and encourage them along their journey towards a better state of health', says Rachel.

Rachel is also trained in Indian Head Massage which is used to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It is a particularly beneficial therapy for those who spend alot of time hunched over a computer!

Since moving to Devon six years ago, Rachel has been an active member at the Bideford Wellbeing Centre, becoming a partner in the business in June 2011. She believes that holistic healthcare should be an essential part of everybody's life. Along with the team working at the Bideford Wellbeing Centre she attends local events throughout North Devon to raise awareness of complementary therapies available in Bideford and the surrounding area.
