Cathy Nettles
Cathy is a highly qualified therapist specialising in Nutritional Medicine (BSc NutMed) and FirstLine Therapy. To complement these life changing therapies she also offers relaxing body treatments such as Hot Stone Massage.
Cathy believes that 'we are what we eat' and can testify to the healing, energizing changes that a balanced nutritious diet can effect. She is passionate about helping you before you become unwell and using FirstLine Therapy, with the Bio Impedence Analysis machine, can help you to successfully incorporate therapeutic lifestyle changes for weight management, wellness, detoxification and improved health.
Cathy understands that to change the way we look at food and our diets we also need to address the stress factors in our lives, to detoxify, and to understand any underlying social and emotional issues we have with regard to our eating patterns. Working closely with other health professionals she offers support and guidance throughout the programmes offered.
